This needs to change.... This is america, learn the language and be a part of the culture. Otherwise go back home and telecommute. I am so frustrated by people coming here and living here for years and years and feel they dont need to learn anything about us. the latest thing that disgusts me is , seeing them and their family at memorial day not know what to do with the flag or the pledge or anything. its a very sad state...
