Our guest will be Craig Gurian, executive director of the nonprofit Anti-Discrimination Center for Metro New York, which brought the suit. A proposed settlement of its claim would compel the county to build some 750 units of affordable housing throughout Westchester; it also would require the county to acknowledge an obligation to fight local government policies that impede fair housing choice in Westchester.
