Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino will discuss his fiscal 2011 budget proposal in an Editorial Spotlight interview 11:30 a.m. Tuesday on LoHud.com.
Astorino, who ran for office in 2009 pledging not to raise taxes, has proposed a slight decrease in the tax levy for 2011. His budget, however, would trim or eliminate social services spending in a number of areas, including in health care and mental health services.
