At 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on Editorial Spotlight, members of the New York state Assembly join the Editorial Board to discuss their priorities for the 2014 legislative session. Participants include: Assemblyman David Buchwald, D-White Plains; Assemblywoman Amy Paulin, D-Scarsdale; Assemblywoman Sandy Galef, D-Ossining; Assemblyman Kenneth Zebrowski, D-New City.
